Responsible for documentation, administration, and cashier activities,as well as conference room scheduling, performance evaluation, organizational facility management and maintenance, and other matters not included under the responsibilities of other business sections.

First-floor Lobby Facilities
Video and Audio Area is located in the lobby on level 1, providing free videos and tapes for citizen’s enjoyment. The Chang-Ching Hall in the lobby contains a newspaper reading area, a family rest area, and a computer corner, Provide citizens at different ages services relating to knowledge and leisure.

Accounting Office:
Handling budgets and accounting matters, and compiling statistics as necessary.

Personnel Office:
Managing personnel and related matters.
